Over those careers, we procured, managed, and completed nearly $300,000,000 of government and private sector contracts.  Our years of construction experience are rounded out by MBAs from the University of South Carolina and successful mastery of FINRA’s Series 65 financial advisor exam. Kathy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and IRS Enrolled Agent, admitted to practice before the IRS. Our financial and business experience, coupled with a skepticism born of being executive-level construction managers, has given us a realistic, practical outlook on life in general and investing specifically. We’ve tried to help as our craft workers and friends were swindled by financial scams or were charged high fees by advisors who passively managed their accounts.
